Just check this amazing full Mansory Rolls Royce Ghost. The Ghost is not a car you would normally see modified for obvious reasons. Mansory however are a different story, they are one of a few companies that will and shit they do it well !! 

This particular Ghost has Mansory bumpers, side skirts and rear wing and rolls on a set of 21" Mansory rims.

'Big Hitters'

In today’s mad world cars are a must, for a common man one or maybe two cars does the job, but for some that’s not enough and the list of cars they own is mental.

The 'Big Hitter' Sheikhs of the Middle East have some proper cars. Some are known for silver or gold chrome, some may have unique and distinct color schemes and some have unique and expensive number plates.

Here is my personal list of 'Big Hitters' from across Middle East who have a different and unique taste of cars.

The First Russian Submarine

Can you believe that anyone was stupid enough to even consider the thought of going underwater in this thing ?
Well this is the first Russian submarine, invented in around 1721. It got the nickname "a hidden vessel" for whatever reasons but it just still amazes me that there was a human being prepared to throw himself in that contraption. Apparently it was tested by that said nutter in front of Peter The Great not far from St Petersburg.

The picture above shows the lung if you like that stayed on the surface like a snorkel allowing the ocupant to breath.

Gotta love the oars man, as if they would work for long as you sank like a stone.

Looks like a giant beer keg project to me !!

Pickup Trucks of War

What do you get when you combine civilian-owned trucks, Soviet weaponry and a serious desire for rebellion? The weapons of the Arab Spring. These pedestrian pickups have been taken and modified by their owners to act as the engines of war, fighting the Libyan government in battlefields ranging from the open terrain of the North African nation to the crowded cities of Tawargha, Tripoli, Benghazi, etc.

Muhammad and his unknown companions (in the previous photo) cruise around in a 1970 Toyota Land Cruiser (Japan-spec). It is coupled with a Soviet Zu-23-2 23mm anti-aircraft twin-barreled autocannon. They are also carrying an automatic FN FAL Rifle from Belgium. In Walid and his unknown partner in the gas mask are patrolling the desert sands in Walid's Tayo Grand Hiland (PRC). Walid is holding a FN FAL rifle and his truck is equipped with a Soviet DSHKM anti-aircraft gun.

Do Abdul and Walid are seen here in their Dodge Ram 3500 Heavy Duty (USA). Packing some serious firepower, this is a pair many would loathe to mess with. The truck carries a LSD-1 anti-aircraft machine gun on the base of the Soviet Vladimirov heavy machine gun and a 32-round block of UB-32 which launches S-5 unguided rockets, also from the USSR. Abdul is holding an AKMS automatic rifle and Walid is posing with his baby, the also Soviet RPG07. Talk about strange bedfellows, when is the last time you saw an American pickup pack this much Soviet firepower?

I Hammad and Safa, like In Walid, are utilizing the Tayo Grand Hiland from China and are also using a LSD-1 anti-aircraft machine gun on the base of a Vladimirov heavy machine gun. In Salah and Abdul are a mean looking bunch. These guys are running in a 1960 Toyota Land Cruiser (Japan) and are also running a LSD-1 machine gun on a Vladimirov base. Abdul is holding a Soviet Degtyarev machine gun that is usually handed out to infantry soldiers.

In Hammad wears a backwards cap and drives a Mitsubishi L200 4work (Japan). His truck also has a LSD-1 machine gun on a Vladimirov base. His blast shield is from the UK and was used back in 1914. Moammar Gadhafi's boys didn't know what they were up against until it was too late, and these vehicles helped the rebels handle the business against the late dictator's loyalists. While the cost of renting one of these beauties may be significantly higher than the usual practical runarounds, for true petrol heads the memories will be worth it! Imagine how much better your holiday would be if you got to drive one of these back from the airport… let’s take a look at some of the spicier rental options out there.

McLaren MP4-12C

Costing an eye-watering £212,000 to buy, the McLaren MP4-12C is the British company’s recent follow up to the world-beating McLaren F1, which claimed the title of ‘world’s fastest production car’ in 1998. The MP4-12C was launched in 2011, and boasts 600BHP, launching it from 0-62mph in 2.8 seconds and up to a top speed of over 200mph. Maybe take this one to Germany… rental price? £1,134.30 for one day, plus an excess charge of £5,000!

Ferrari 458 Italia

Ferrari’s replacement for the F430, the 458 Italia was a complete redesign drawing heavily from Ferrari’s Formula 1 experience. The explosive 4.5 litre V8 engine in the 458 holds the world record for most power per litre in a production car engine (normally-aspirated), allowing this Ferrari to reach 62mph in under 3.4 seconds. Cheaper than the McLaren (just) at £826.50 to rent for a day!

Lamborghini LP560-4 Bicolore

The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 was released in 2008 with a new 5.2 litre V10 under the bonnet and decreased weight overall. Despite looking like a million dollars, this 200mph, 560BHP monster can be rented out for just £564.30 per day! Bargain!

Mercedes SLS

This gullwing-door grand tourer is Mercedes’ ‘spiritual successor’ to the legendary 300SL Gullwing, launched in 1954. The SLS has been used as the safety car at Formula 1 races since 2011, with its 6.2 litre V8 engine propelling it to 62mph and a top speed of just under 200mph. To rent? £621.30 per day.

Aston Martin DB9

Despite getting a bit long in the tooth now, the Aston Martin DB9 still looks fabulous. Popular with the more discerning, less hormonally-driven car fan, the 190mph DB9 is still more than capable of a little automotive hooliganism. From £450.30 to rent for a day.

Maserati Gran Cabrio

This 2+2 cabrio from Maserati is hardly what you’d call practical, but you can at least squash in a couple of small ones in the rear seats and maybe even a suitcase in the boot. The 4.2 litre V8 will provide plenty of fun, however, and a slightly less extreme ride than some of the more red-blooded models above. £427.50 per day.

Mercedes C63 AMG

A proper four-seat Mercedes coupe this one, albeit one that has been brutalised by AMG, Mercedes Benz’s performance wing. The 6.7 litre V8 powerhouse under the bonnet is complemented by upgraded gearbox, suspension, wheels, aero package and just about everything else over the standard C-Class coupe. 0-60mph in 4.4 seconds should keep the kids quiet, and for only £199.50 a day, it seems like a waste of money renting anything more tame!
